Clear blown glass soliflore by Jean-Claude Novaro, Biot circa 1970

REF: 7481

Blown glass soliflore by Jean-Claude Novaro, the French master glassmaker based in Biot from the 1970s.

Made in clear glass, it features a circular base and a tall, slender neck. A white ribbon, like a volute trapped within the material, enlivens the transparency and gives the piece a poetic dimension.

Signed underneath the base: Novaro.
