Table basse de la collection Eros, dessinée par Angelo Mangiarotti et éditée par Skipper en Italie vers 1975.

Entièrement réalisée en marbre Emperador, elle se compose d'un épais plateau aux contours organiques évoquant une feuille, percé d'une ouverture circulaire dans laquelle vient s'insérer le piètement tronconique. Cet assemblage par emboîtement, sans fixation mécanique, est caractéristique de la collection Eros et exploite directement le poids et les propriétés structurelles de la pierre.

Entirely made of Emperador marble, the table consists of a thick, organically shaped top reminiscent of a leaf, with a circular opening into which the truncated-conical base is inserted. This interlocking construction, requiring no mechanical fastenings, is characteristic of the Eros collection and makes direct use of the weight and structural properties of stone.
