Rectangular table selected by Charlotte Perriand, Les Arcs circa 1970

REF: 7446

Rectangular solid pine table, selected by Charlotte Perriand for the furnishing of the Les Arcs ski resort residences in the French Alps, circa 1970.

The rectangular top rests on a double base joined by a central stretcher, in a sober and functional design characteristic of the mountain furniture conceived by Perriand. The exclusive use of solid pine emphasizes both sturdiness and the warm texture of the wood, perfectly aligned with the alpine setting.

Deeply passionate about the mountains, Charlotte Perriand dedicated more than twenty years (1967-1989) to the design and furnishing of Les Arcs ski resort.
