Shelving unit designed by Pierre Guariche for the development of La Plagne ski resort, produced by Negroni in the 1960s.
Made of pine wood, it features an open structure organized with shelves of varying heights and two integrated storage modules. The wooden and colored laminate drawers introduce a subtle graphic variation while maintaining overall coherence. The vertical composition, balanced and rhythmic, reflects a precise functional approach.
This piece belongs to the furnishing programs of French alpine resorts, where Pierre Guariche developed a modernist language adapted to collective use, combining rational design and material warmth. This model was notably presented at the Salon des Arts Ménagers in 1969.
