Bauche chair and stool set, Charlotte Perriand for Maison Sentou, circa 1950

REF: 7644

Set composed of one Bauche n°19 chair and one Bauche stool, designed by Charlotte Perriand and produced by Maison Sentou in the 1950s.

The chair features a solid ash frame with four rounded legs linked by stretchers, supporting a woven rush seat and backrest. The stool follows the same construction principles, offering a compact form that reflects Perriand's work on mountain inspired furniture.

The rush weaving has been restored to give the pieces a second life while staying faithful to the original intent.

Manufacturer: Maison Sentou, circa 1950
