An essential icon of design and of ultimate comfort, the lounge chair No. 670 and its ottoman 671 were designed by American designers Charles and Ray Eames in the 1950s.
The Rio rosewood veneer structure is made up of thermoformed pressed molded plywood shells connected by silent blocks. The armchair and its ottoman rest on a star base in black lacquered aluminium. The plush cushions are filled with foam and upholstered in full-grain black leather.
