Magic Box by Leif Elvestad, Norway circa 1965

REF: 6206

Crafted by Scandinavian designer Leif Elvestad in the 1960s, this mid-century modern 'magic box' presents a Norwegian reinterpretation of the renowned Magic Box desk originally conceived by Swiss duo Mummenthaler & Meier.

Despite its sleek appearance when closed, this innovative piece unfolds to unveil a fold-out desktop, multiple shelves, storage compartments, and a drawer. The inclusion of a functional blue lamp adds a delightful aesthetic element to the design. Constructed entirely from oak wood, this box exudes both elegance and functionality.
