Ash desk by André Sornay, circa 1955

REF: 3587

We fall for this small desk by the cabinet maker and designer from Lyon, André Sornay.

This model was produced in a few copies, and remains a rare item that we went to find at the source.

It is composed of inverted U-shaped legs on which rests an ash top and houses a block of three drawers. The assembly is made using the Tigette system, an invention patented by Sornay in 1955.

Édition : Sornay Meubles, Lyon, circa 1955.
