Pair of armchairs by Lyon cabinetmaker and designer André Sornay, produced in the 1960s.
The solid pine structure is assembled using his patented threaded rod system, an iconic signature of Sornay furniture. The seats and backrests, originally lacquered, have been refinished in a cream tone to give the pieces a second life while staying true to their original look.
