Large model Met sofa designed by Piero Lissoni in the 1990s and produced by Cassina in Italy.
The internal wooden frame is padded with high-density foam and fully upholstered in supple and thick full-grain black leather. The design is sober and architectural, featuring a wide and deep seat framed by solid armrests and a well-proportioned backrest. The piece stands on cylindrical chromed metal feet, adding a light and contemporary touch to the overall silhouette. The Met model reflects the minimalist and rigorous language developed by Lissoni for Cassina from the mid-1990s onward.
